    I was very disappointed when they decided to get rid of the tellers at this branch which is close to my house. Now everything is done on computers or atm at this location. It is kind of a pointless bank location without the tellers at hand. I now have been going to the capital one bank on my way to work in the city and the tellers on W23 St are very helpful. However, inconvenient to home.

    No teller so I could not make my payment due today. I was told to drive 30 min out to the next closest location to make a payment. What kind of a bank doesn't take cash?
